I don’t do maternity sessions often, but when I do… I do them like this. Ariana + I have known each other for seven years and I have had the privilege of walking through so many seasons with her, but this one has been my favorite. Her canyon maternity session was truly so dreamy and so much fun! We first met my second year in college, became quick friends, and have kept in touch ever since. When I started to pick up photography, Ariana asked me to take her graduation photos and I was so so excited! Graduation led to engagement, engagement led to their gorgeous wedding, and their wedding led to this sweet maternity session.

There is something so sweet about watching your friends grow up and being there to capture all of it. One of my favorite parts about this industry is that I have the honor and privilege to walk alongside those I love (and those I meet and start to love along the way) through some of the most pivotal moments in their entire life. It’s even more special when to capture each moment individually. This canyon maternity session is one I hold near and dear to my heart!
